One system from the appointment to the payment
Nothing to install, nothing to maintain. Iridium Suite runs in a browser on Windows, Mac, Linux or anything else with a modern browser, from the office or from home. Shavara hosts it on AWS, encrypts every transaction, and performs the maintenance, updates, security enforcement and backups, so a practice does not need a server closet or an IT contract to run its billing.
The workflow a biller already follows. The patient is scheduled, eligibility is checked in real time and the record is filled from the payer’s response, charges are captured at check-out or imported from the EMR or Record & Verify system, and the scrubber checks every line as it is entered. Claims go out electronically with one click, remittances come back and post automatically, and the exceptions land in work queues with the payer’s reason codes attached. Each step hands off to the next without re-keying.
Built in a clinical setting. Iridium Suite began in radiation oncology billing, where the rules are unforgiving, and that is still where it is deepest. The same system serves medical oncology, urology, nephrology and the billing companies that work for those practices. The radiation oncology page shows what purpose-built means in practice.
Support from the people who built it. Shavara’s technical staff act as the billing team’s IT department, and the people who answer support questions are the people who develop the software. For a tour of each capability, see the Iridium Suite features on iridiumsuite.com, or schedule a demonstration.
